Entertainment - Sponsored by LITTLE FINLAND

Entertainment which is sponsored by Little Finland will be provided in the Memorial Building concurrent with the post race food and Ski Expo. This years entainment is The "Pianoman & the Tamster"Peter and Tammy Grewe have been singing and performing together for many years. They have performed all over the United States and in Mexico and Europe as well. Home however, is Ironwood Michigan, where they first sang together many years ago. Singing as a duo for many years as "Inseparable", they changed their performing name four years ago- as people would continuously refer to Peter as "Pianoman" and would often call Tammy by her nickname "The Tamster". so, it seemed natural to start performing as "Pianoman & The Tamster". Due to the collective span of years that they have been performing, their musical repetoire is as varied as the U.P. weather! They are likely to play the theme from "Phantom of The Opera followed by a Steely Dan Tune- and then a number from Elton John, Billy Joel or Bonnie Raitt. While they share the vocals, Peter handles the keyboard and guitar work while Tammy keeps it solid with percussion. Together they make any occasion a better one with their pop/rock/blues jams and gems. So, if you believe (as they do) that "live music" makes the world a better place, come on out and enjoy the music of " Pianoman & The Tamster".
